# How can I exchange an item?

> Exchange purchased items for selectable variants at a 10% restock fee. Start your exchange at EliteTruck.com/pages/returns.

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

* The customer covers the return shipping cost
* The customer pays for the shipping of the new items
* The customer loses the initial shipping cost from the credit amount
* The order will be subject to a 10% restock fee

  Built-to-order and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been mounted, installed, or assembled are not eligible for return.
