# When will I receive my order and how long does delivery take?

> Standard ground shipments deliver in 3-5 business days. LTL freight takes 3-7 days. Custom and backordered items ship when ready.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, location, and carrier transit times.

## Estimated Delivery Times

* **Standard Ground Shipping:** Typically 3-5 business days.
* **LTL Freight Shipping:** Usually 3-7 business days, depending on distance and carrier availability.
* **Backordered Items:** Will ship once available; tracking provided at that time.
* **Custom-Built or Built-to-Order Items:** Will ship after completion; lead times may vary.

## Factors That May Affect Delivery Times

* Warehouse Location: We ship from multiple warehouses to minimize transit times.
* Freight Scheduling: LTL deliveries may require a delivery appointment, which can extend the timeline.
