# Can I pick up my LTL freight order from a terminal?

> LTL freight orders may be eligible for terminal pickup. Standard parcel shipments are not. Bring a photo ID and your tracking or PRO number.

Yes, LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight orders may be eligible for pickup from the carrier's terminal. Standard parcel shipments are not available for terminal pickup.
