Refund Process & Timeline

Shipping Verification & Return Inspection

Once we confirm the return has been received, we inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method.

Bank Processing Time

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Most refunds are completed within 5-7 business days after processing.

How to Check Your Refund Status

  • Email Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
  • Bank Statement: If the refund has not appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
