Does my delivery require a signature?

A signature is only required for LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipments. Parcel shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.

Signature Requirements

• LTL Freight Orders: A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt. The carrier will coordinate a delivery window.
• Standard Parcel Shipments: No signature is required unless requested by the customer or specified by the carrier.

What to Expect for LTL Deliveries

• The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
• Someone must be present to sign and inspect the shipment.
• If any damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately.
